Course Descriprion

Aimed at learners who want an introduction to Safeguarding before they take the Level 1, if English is not the first language or they need to understand more about what safeguarding means, this is the pre-course for you. You will be able to discuss in detail and ask questions about aspects of safeguarding you want to learn more about, or you want to understand it in your own cultural context in a relaxed non-threatening environment.

Learning Outcomes:-

• Gain an introduction to Safeguarding.  
• Understand more about what safeguarding means.

Cancellation Policy

Please note as this course is a free course if you book a place and are unable to attend for any reason (i.e. illness, or other circumstances) and cannot send another colleague in your place, please let us know as soon as possible. If you give us less than 14 days notice you will be charged a  £10 non attendance fee.
