Course Description

This is a full day session that will aim to provide a more in-depth understanding of Food Hygiene. The certificate is valid for 3 years and is a Level 2 Food Hygiene course for people working directly with food. The course fee can be found below. This includes the £12 certificate fee.

Learning Outcomes

• Understand the importance of keeping him/ herself clean and hygienic.
• Understand the importance of keeping the work areas clean and hygienic.
• Understand the importance of keeping food safe.
