This is a free, online event and 19 places are available for community organisations in Bradford district.


Meet Angela Brecknell from The National Lottery Community Fund to discuss the Lottery's small grants programme Awards for All.

Awards for All England: Grants up to £10,000

Find out more about the grants programme, eligibility, and the application process during this online, informal session. It will include one presentation and there will be time at the end to ask questions.

Who is this session for?

  • This session is for not-for-profit groups and projects based in England who are looking for smaller amounts of funding up to £10,000 for one year. It is aimed primarily at groups with smaller incomes who are looking to improve their local community.

Private businesses are not eligible for this fund so this event is not open to sole traders, consultants or businesses where profits go to share holders or business owners.

The session will help you to:

  • Learn more about what can be funded
  • Check your planned request for funding (and your organisation) is eligible
  • Know what makes a successful funding application
  • Understand the application process

 

Pre-session information

  • You may find it useful to read through the fund's eligibility criteria to make sure this session is relevant to you and your organisation.
  • Our session will take place online over Zoom.

"The National Lottery Community Fund is the UK’s largest community funder and aims to support projects which help communities and people it considers most in need. In 2019/2020 it funded over 8,189 projects that bring communities together."

    Participants will need to download the Zoom app on their computer 48 hours beforehand, full details will be emailed prior to the event, including all information on how to access the session.

    Please note, this will be an interactive training course and participants may be encouraged to engage in the session. Please have a pen and paper handy.
