Introduction to Coaching Skills Workshop

This coaching skills workshop offers support workers an opportunity to develop coaching skills to engage and support their clients to make positive changes. The workshop allows participants to experience the use of coaching approaches and techniques, including the GROW model, coaching questions and explore appropriate situations to use coaching with their client.


  1. Increased knowledge of coaching approaches and how it differs from other approaches such as counselling or mentoring
  2. Gain knowledge and hands-on experience of the GROW model & how to apply it in support interventions with clients

Suitable for: 

frontline staff who support clients to make changes. This includes: housing workers, key workers, well-being/mental health support etc.
