Zoom Online Training- How to Campaign

Registration is closed for this event
A complete starter’s guide to campaigning. This training is designed for people wanting to start to a campaign for change or for those who may have struggled to campaign in the past.

In this course we explore how to plan and deliver a successful campaign for change which is objective focused. Following a step by step plan, we learn from successful models as used by charities and political organisations, using PEST analysis and exploring how power works and how it can be challenged.

Zoom Online Training

During the Coronavirus Pandemic, Voluntary Action Leeds has suspended its face to face training offer until further notice; however as part of our commitment to deliver good quality, accessible training to the third sector in Leeds we have now decided to launch a new range of Zoom Training Sessions.

These sessions will be led by experienced trainer, and regular VAL associate, Stephen Dowson. Stephen has a wealth of training experience and is able to facilitate and deliver informative and engaging sessions; receiving great feedback from his attendees. Check out his website for more information and testimonials of his work https://www.standandbecounted.co.uk/

Stephen will lead the Zoom sessions, taking the attendee through a variety of subject matters, engaging the audience and opening up debate for learning. You will receive a top quality training session  from the comfort of your own home or office.

Training will take place 10:30 – 15:00 (with one hour lunch break at 12:30)

Participants will need to download the Zoom app on their computer and 48 hours beforehand, full details will be emailed prior to the event, including all information on how to access the session.
