Organisation Aims and Activities: We are an artisan bakery and workers co-operative making high quality, additive-free sourdough and other long-fermented breads with organic flour using traditional techniques. We sell to the public through farmers markets and a subscription scheme, and wholesale to shops, restaurants and caf?s. We provide baking classes and volunteer opportunities to improve knowledge and skills in real bread production.
