Organisation Aims and Activities: Middleton Elderly Aid is one of Leeds neighborhood network schemes covering the LS10 postcode, Middleton area of south Leeds. We were established through a need to promote safe and independent living in the over 60's through a range of activities and services. We offer a befriending scheme. The charity currently has over 790 members, we run a center 4 days a week were we offer a warm lunch each day, we have guest speakers delivering information on relevant topics to our members and run the following activities on a weekly basis: Arts & Crafts Dance Group Walking Stick Making Baking Club Jam Making Group Knit & Natter Model Class Computer Class Monthly trips Men?s Group
