Organisation Aims and Activities: A neighbourhood network project for community elders providing meals on wheels for house bound people, luncheon club, drop-in social club, advice and advocacy, translation and interpreting, swimming, walking, community transport, organic gardening, indoor exercise sessions, massage, recreational trips, weekly shopping trips, Handyman Project, sewing classes, arts and crafts (Indian hena and embroidery), healthy cooking sessions, homeopathic health support, blood pressure and sugar monitoring service, family mediation and faith activities.
