Carers Leeds aims to support all unpaid carers in Leeds by providing information, advice, social and emotional support. Carers Leeds offers one-to-one support in the carer?s home or in the city centre offices. Group support is available as well as a BME support worker and a worker for carers aged 18-30. Specific areas of support include: people affected by another person?s drug or alcohol use, carers of people with dementia, family and friends of wounded service personnel.
