Organisation Aims and Activities: Foundation exists to advance social inclusion, providing support to vulnerable people to help maintain tenancies including support with budgeting, accessing benefits, improving physical and mental health, accessing more permanent accommodation and reducing offending behaviour. Services exist for young people (aged 16-25), offenders (aged 16 +), families and single people threatened with homelessness (aged 16 +). Services include floating support for those placed in council-provided emergency accommodation for families and single people and accommodation based and floating support for other customer groups.
