Organisation Aims and Activities: Health ad Wellbeing organisation that offers Mental health housing support and community support services to the Irish community and the wider community in Leeds. A citywide service with support ranging from one-to-one home visits to luncheon groups that help people overcome social isolation. LIHH also offer: Support for people with dementia and their families, volunteering opportunities, services for older people, a men?s health group, a women's group and a variety of activities aimed at improving a person?s overall health and wellbeing.
