Organisation Aims and Activities: Pavilion is a visual arts organisation that engages with photography and digital lens-based media. We celebrate, develop and promote the practice of photography as a powerful tool of creative expression and social empowerment. We commission new work, organise exhibitions, develop and deliver artist-led education projects and promote and support practitioners. Our philosophy is that photography is a medium uniquely placed to inform peoples' lives and to explore and understand the world in which we live.
