Organisation Aims and Activities: Leeds Live at Home Schemes offer services and support to help older people lead independent, active and fulfilled lives. There are five Live at Home Schemes in Leeds based in Farsley, Horsforth, Pudsey, South Leeds & Rothwell. Each scheme is shaped by its members and communities and volunteers are at the heart of all we do. The Live at Home Leeds Schemes are part of MHA, an award-winning national older person?s charity providing care and support services for more than 17,000 people.
