Organisation Aims and Activities: A multi-cultural agency based in the Harehills and Chapletown areas of Leeds (LS7 & LS8), supporting vulnerable women, children and young people and their families to re-establish themselves in the wider community. Services are targeted to identify the root of the problem, to support individuals and families at an early stage so as to pre-empt any escalation. Services include family support, domestic violence, OFSTED registered early years, 2 year olds? provision and mobile cr?che. Shantona works in a way which challenges hidden behaviour and stigma especially where these issues are not in the public arena, and aims to tackle health inequalities.
