St Georges Crypt
Organisation Aims and Activities: Working with homeless and vulnerable people as well as those with addictions, St George?s Crypt helps people living on the streets to find accommodation, providing bed spaces including emergency accommodation and giving immediate practical support in terms of getting fed, cleaned up and clothed. It also gives opportunities to gain skills, self-confidence and a sense of achievement. We provide more than 'just a bed', our services include, opticians, physiotherapists, hairdressers, leg wound dressing clinic, STI clinics, cooking classes, art and craft groups, boxercise classes, and many more.
