Organisation Aims and Activities: We support the work of the international solidarity network of homebased workers. Specifically we:- Manage development projects which help to organise grassroots groups of homebased workers around the world; Provide training materials and arranging exchanges for groups to share their experience; Work with the international network to raise the profile of homebased workers, to improve people's working conditions and to change legislation to benefit poor workers; Co-ordinate work in the UK on international homeworking issues - lobbying, arranging meetings in the UK for visitors from abroad, working with other UK-based organisations to promote the issues; Co-ordinate the work of the European Homeworking Group, which involves organisations and research in Western, Central and Eastern Europe.
