Leeds Mentoring

Organisation Aims and Activities: Leeds Mentoring recruit and train volunteer mentors. Each volunteer is matched with a 14 -18 year old school student. Many of the students are underachievers who lack motivation or self esteem. They are selected because they have potential and mentors help them achieve their potential. Meetings are for an hour every 2/3 weeks. The aim is to progress students to enter Higher Education.
