Signpost Family Intervention Project

Organisation Aims and Activities: The Signpost project offers intense one to one support to families with multiple and complex needs. These needs can include: Domestic abuse, drug and alcohol problems, low school attendance, unemployment, poverty, mental/physical health issues, housing problems and anti social behaviour. We aim to work together with families to support and encourage positive, sustainable change. Signpost work with partner agencies including - education, health, police and social care to ensure the families are receiving the appropriate support.
