St Nicholas - Gipton

Organisation Aims and Activities: A Roman Catholic church with a number of activities, as set out below, in the hall part of the Church, plus other activities such as dancing and the occasional pantomime. Bingo is held two nights a week and clubs such as Weightwatchers meet there. Action for Gipton Elderly is a scheme which provides luches etc for the older generation and is directly linked with the church. Other church hall activities: Bingo twice weekly, Monday 8.00pm and Friday 7.30pm. Gipton Together Group use the Hall on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday (Youth Club, karate, drama). Monday mornings - Keep Fit Group. Saturday - Footbal Club. Sunday - First Formation Church
