Wave Mums

Organisation Aims and Activities: We're a volunteer-run group offering peer support for all mums experiencing mental health difficulties. Our fortnightly stay-and-play session gives mums a space to come for a cuppa, space for babies/children to play, and space for them to talk freely. By encouraging openness and honesty, we aim to facilitate friendships and support to help women navigate parenthood.
