Organisation Aims and Activities: The Association's purpose is to help residents and their relatives and friends to work with Homes to ensure the highest possible quality of life for all older residents. It is a registered charity which was established in 1992 as a UK-wide organisation of older people in long-term residential care and their relatives and friends. The Leeds branch holds meetings at a central location every two months and offers support to local members and anyone concerned about residential care.
