Organisation Aims and Activities: Help and support for older people including: befriending, social groups, shopping trips, lunch clubs, exercise classes, outings, information and advice. We support and help people of 55 years and older to live in their own homes as long as possible. We cover the areas of South Leeds and surrounding areas.
