Tempus Novo (meaning New Time)

Organisation Aims and Activities: Tempusnovo aims to improve the lives of ex-offenders leaving HMP Leeds by preparing them for work, helping them secure and retain work and to begin to build real careers. Our objective is to challenge conventional models of tackling re-offending and rehabilitation by: Identifying offenders whilst in custody who want to change their lives; Helping them to face up to the challenge of changing, through a bespoke mentoring service which starts up to 3 months before release and continues for up to 18 months after release; Co-ordinating all other support services in a meaningful and timely fashion; Helping secure full time paid employment for those ex-offenders who we believe will make hard working, loyal employees.
