Tiger 11 Ltd

Tiger11 is a development trust working to regenerate Beeston and Holbeck through community enterprise. Currently we run the Hillside venue offering meeting and conference space, business units, creche, cafe/restaurant and hosting a myCatalyst centre to support new entrepreneurs. The building is used by many local groups offering such activities as Yoga and Meditation, as well as the Hillside Legal Advice Service which is run in partnership with four of the city's law firms. South Leeds Community Radio, also based at Hillside is now part of the Tiger11 group and we aim to launch further ventures over the coming years.

ToastLoveCoffee C.I.C

ToastLoveCoffee is a community cafe right in the heart of Harehills. It is a friendly, welcoming space, with a menu that is made with love and cafre and changes daily. We are part of The Real Junk Food Project so we intercept food that would otherwise go to waste, and serve it up in our cafe, as well as stocking an area for produce for people to take away. There are no set prices; everyone is encouraged to 'pay as they feel'; with cash donations, sharing skills or volunteering time.

Together for Peace

T4P works with people and organisations from grassroots to government to develop and support co-operative projects that strengthen communities and promote peace-making.

Together Women Project

TWP provides holistic support services for women and girls with multiple and complex issues across Yorkshire, Humberside and the North West of England. We have women's centres in Leeds, Bradford, Hull, Sheffield and HMP New Hall, as well as a social enterprise scheme at HMP Askham Grange. Our centres offer safe, women-only spaces from which key workers and sessional staff provide needs assessment, action-planning, support and case management for women referred by a number of different agencies. Centres also provide a wide range of group programmes, sessional training, workshops and self-help groups. Women can access mentoring support from trained peer mentors (former customers) and are encouraged towards personal growth and development. Our centres host co-located staff from other agencies (e.g. probation, alcohol/drug treatment, housing etc.) and we work closely with statutory partners in criminal justice, health and social care.

An organisation for residents of Burmantofts and the Bayswaters neighbourhood of Harehills and black and minority ethnic people who live anywhere in Leeds with the aim of reducing health inequalities between Leeds? most advantaged and disadvantaged communities How is this achieved? ?Community health development work ?Physical activities ?Signposting and referrals to other services ?Working in partnership with the NHS to deliver key public health messages.

Touchstone - Leeds

Provide a broad range of services to improve health and wellbeing, particularly mental health. These include community support, supported housing, psychological therapies, healthy living activities, community development with BME and other communities, support for people using a personal health budget, Sikh Elders Service. Touchstone is also part of the Personality Disorder Clinical Network, and is the lead provider in the Healthwatch Leeds consortium.

Touchstone - Personality Disorder Network

A service for adults with personality disorder diagnosis or symptoms living across Leeds. It is a partnership of many agencies led by the mental health trust ? Leeds & York Partnerships Foundation Trust. Agencies deliver different services and activities that together make a menu of choices for service users

Touchstone - Positive Care Programme

The Positive Care Programme is a 24 week course of complementary therapies and motivational workshops for adults who have long-term illness and unpaid carers. It is based on the principle that for wellbeing, body, mind and spiritual aspects of the self all need attention. The programme includes three main elements: Motivational workshops (e.g. nutritional therapy, spiritual exploration (non-religious), teaching self-massage, finding inner peace) Group therapies (meditation, Tai Chi, yoga, therapeutic art) Individual therapies (acupuncture, EFT, healing, homeopathy, Indian head massage, reflexology, shiatsu, massage).

Touchstone - Self Directed Support

Touchstone's Positive Care programme offers a unique mix of therapies, workshops and replicable self-management tools which enable participants to take control of their lives and improve their wellbeing. You can use your Individual Budget or Direct Payment to get support from Touchstone to achieve your goals in life. Touchstone work with many people who have their own personal budgets. Touchstone can be part of the package of care that you choose. What can Touchstone do for you? Anything that you request! Some examples could be Support to improve your mental health. Support to plan and achieve what you want to do next in life. Getting out and about to the places that you want to go. Someone to visit you in your home. Groups and therapies. Complementary and alternative therapies. Someone to talk and listen to.

Touchstone - Sikh Elders Service

The Sikh Elders Service is one of the Neighbourhood Network Scheme and our aim is to improve the health and well-being of Sikh elders. We provide one to one support and activities/opportunities that reduces isolation, increases independence and promotes social inclusion for Sikh elders who are 55 and over and live in Leeds. The services are delivered by Punjabi speaking staff members and volunteers who are culturally aware and sensitive to the values and norms of the Sikh faith.

Touchstone - Support Centre

To provide support hollistically to the Black Minority Ethnic communites of Leeds with mental health difficulties and their carer's. To aid their recovery and intergration into society. This is achieved by group / individual work and a drop In service. The staff team are representative of the cultural groups we work with to provide language and cultural support. The service operates seven days a week including a late evening on Wednesdays.

Trade Injustice and Debt Action Leeds (TIDAL)

We work to coordinate, support and grow the global justice movement in Leeds. Through supporting political mobilisation on issues such as international trade justice, peak oil and climate change, we aim to ensure Leeds punches its weight as an active global citizen.

Tramway Museum Society

Members of the Tramway Museum Society are welcome at the monthly meetings of the Light Rail Transit Association on the second Friday of each month at Leeds Civic Hall, LS1 1UR. Members are also welcome at the meetings of the Leeds Transport Historical Society, which are held at the Yorkshire Rider Social Club, off Railway Street, LS9 8HB, on the second Monday of each month at 7.30pm, September - May only.

Transplant Support Network

The TSN is a nationwide network of volunteer transplant patients and their carers, providing support, non-medical advice and information for all those coping with transplantation.

Trefoil Guild - Billing Division

An organisation for adults who are are, or who were, involved in Guiding and which supports Guiding particularly in Billing Division, ie Horsforth, Rawdon, and Yeadon. We do not wear the uniform.

Trinity Church - Rawdon

We are a United Christian Church - an ecumenical partnership between Baptists, Methodists, and the United Reformed Church. A warm welcome awaits you at either of our Sunday Services. We also have a thriving Junior Church and young people's work, ladies groups, and a support group for those with mild dementia and their carers. Trinity United Church - Harehills

We are a Christian congregation from various traditions providing services of worship, times of reflection and learning for all ages. Triratna Leeds Buddhist Centre

Triratna Leeds Buddhist Centre offers courses and support for people interested in mindfulness, meditation and Buddhism, for all levels of experience. We aim to give people a chance to explore their interest in a non-judgmental and friendly atmosphere. We run a regular program of beginners' classes, as well as regular classes to help people establish a meditation practice and learn more about Buddhism. We hold day retreats and residential weekend retreats. We also have a program of secular (non-Buddhist) mindfulness courses for people experiencing pain, illness and stress. The centre is affiliated to the Triratna Buddhist Community which is an international Buddhist movement founded in 1967.
