The Board is keen at the moment to recruit 2 new members preferably with specific interest and expertise in:
 Fundraising and income generation
 Governance and the charitable sector
Trustees are expected to attend board meetings which are held a minimum of 4 times a year with additional meetings as required.
A further away day is allocated to strategic planning with trustees, staff and volunteers.
